Glass-Gard goes Non-Elastic with New Molded Parts
The look and feel of Glass-Gard has changed! Our new design features non-elastic material that looks sharp, will not stretch, and will last longer than elastic.
All the metal components in Glass-Gard have been replaced by our exclusively designed high-impact molded plastic parts. Our new parts are lighter and more comfortable and are not effected by body oils, salt, or other chemicals in the air.

Originally designed in 1952 by Dr. Suren M. Seron for use by persons engaged in active sports, the Glass-Gard has continued to help keep eyeglasses comfortably in place worldwide for over 60 years. Over the years we have strived to innovate and patent new ideas to make the Glass-Gard even better.
Rugged enough to be used by the United States Armed Forces, Glass-Gard holds any type of eyeglasses – reading, safety, and special purpose – securely in place.
